To submit a bid on a HUD home, you can either pay cash and show proof of funds (a bank statement will do), or you must be pre-approved for a loan and provide a pre-Approval letter. If you want to take advantage of the HUD $100 Program, you will need to qualify for an FHA loan. When buying with a conventional loan, your mortgage broker will be able to tell you what kind of down payment you will need.

To qualify and get pre-approved, you may go to the Bank or Mortage Broker of your choice.  If you are not yet qualified and would like to do so, one of our partners can do so within 24 hours.
